Industrial estate set to go under the hammer
A business hub is set to go under the hammer.
Cobnar Wood Close is on the market with a £1.35 million guide price.
The 29,000sq ft Chesterfield base – owned by Derbyshire County Council – includes 12 units.
The site will be sold by SDL Property Auctions on September 25.
Andrew Parker, partner and auctioneer at SDL Property Auctions – which operates as part of Eddisons – said: “Like many local authorities, Derbyshire County Council is reviewing its property portfolio as part of wider financial pressures.
“Cobnar Wood is a solid industrial investment with a healthy mix of tenants.
“We’re seeing strong demand for well-located industrial space across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire and, with rental income already secured and due to increase, this site is well placed to benefit from that trend.”
