
Pharos Offshore Group appoints new chairman
Pharos Offshore Group has appointed Jake Tompkins as chairman, following his role as board advisor since October 2024.
Jake brings over 26 years of experience in the offshore and subsea industries, having held senior leadership and board roles at CTC Marine Projects, Modus and Propulsion, as well as several chair, NED and trustee positions across private, public and third sectors.
In his new role, Jake will work closely with the chief executive and leadership team to guide Pharos Offshore Group’s strategic growth.
The company provides subsea equipment, personnel and services for global offshore energy projects, operating in Europe, East Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, with a growing fleet of assets.
Jake Tompkins said: “Having worked closely with Phil and the team over the last year, I am delighted to transition to the position of chairman of Pharos Offshore Group, and to have the opportunity to continue to support the company at such a pivotal and exciting time.”
