Sanderson Weatherall welcomes new talent
North East property services provider Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its team with the appointment of Sam Robinson as an apprentice surveyor and Archie Bain on a 12-month work placement.
Sam will follow a five-year apprenticeship programme, gaining hands-on experience as a general practice surveyor on his path to becoming a chartered surveyor.
Archie joins as part of his BSc (Hons) in estate management at Northumbria University, rotating through departments including valuation, commercial agency and rating and compulsory purchase to gain practical experience.
Their appointments reinforce Sanderson Weatherall’s commitment to developing local talent and investing in the future of the surveying profession across the North East.
Kevin McGorie, head of office at Sanderson Weatherall, said, “We are absolutely delighted to welcome both Sam and Archie to our team.
“Nurturing the next generation of property professionals is not just about filling roles; it's about securing the future of our industry and our community.
“Their enthusiasm, energy, and fresh perspectives are a huge asset to us.
“We are committed to providing them with the mentorship and practical experience they need to build successful and rewarding careers right here in the North East.
“We believe their contributions will be highly valuable to our clients and our wider team.”
