NHS supplier in good health with office move
A healthcare products supplier is in good spirits after completing an office deal.
NHS Supply Chain is switching to Gradient Mill, in Wakefield.
Bosses say the agreement marks the largest office deal in the city for more than a decade.
NHS Supply Chain, which provides products to the NHS, is moving from offices in Normanton and Carrwood Park.
It will occupy 28,460sq ft at Gradient Mill across a number of floors.
The deal was supported by property and construction advisory firm Fox Lloyd Jones alongside joint agents CBRE and City & Provincial Properties.
Property consultancy JLL acted for NHS Supply Chain.
Harry Finney, Fox Lloyd Jones associate director, said: “We are extremely proud to have played a role in bringing NHS Supply Chain to Gradient Mill.
“This milestone reflects the continued demand for best-in-class, sustainable office space in key regional locations.”
Nick Gibby, JLL associate director, said: “It’s great to see NHS Supply Chain taking up residence in the first Grade A new-build in the city centre for more than a decade.”
