Boodle Hatfield strengthens private client team
Private wealth and real estate law firm Boodle Hatfield, based in London and Oxford, has appointed Dom Rothbarth as partner in its private client and tax team.
Dom joins from Taylor Wessing and brings extensive experience advising individuals, private banks, family offices and trustees.
He specialises in structuring, succession and estate planning, often with cross-border elements, and supports entrepreneurs, early-stage investors and senior executives on remuneration, carried interest, co-invest arrangements and HMRC matters.
