Colliers creates commercial director role
Colliers has announced the appointment of Lucy Stainton as commercial director, a newly created role designed to accelerate growth across London’s retail and office markets.
Lucy brings more than a decade of industry experience, most recently as vice president at Green Street, where she helped integrate the Local Data Company (LDC) following its acquisition.
Prior to that, she was a board-level commercial director at LDC, leading business development, go-to-market strategy, and marketing.
In her new role, Lucy will focus on building client relationships across Colliers’ London dedicated services and advising owners and occupiers under its new One London offering.
She will also work closely with the London retail and offices teams to deliver data-driven location strategy, portfolio optimisation, analytics, and strategic partnerships.
Lucy’s career has centred on harnessing data and market intelligence to drive commercial success.
She has worked with operators, landlords, investors and Government bodies to support portfolio growth, regeneration and strategic transformation.
Lucy said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Colliers at such a transformative moment.
“With data and strategic partnerships more critical than ever, I’m looking forward to help shape the next chapter of growth through building meaningful client relationships and delivering real impact alongside my new colleagues.”
Paul Souber, head of One London at Colliers, added: “Lucy’s appointment marks a significant step forward in our London strategy.
“Her deep expertise and proven ability to build lasting client relationships will be instrumental in delivering smarter insights and stronger outcomes for our clients.
“We’re excited about the energy and innovation she brings to the team.”
