PKF Littlejohn expands Manchester team
PKF Littlejohn has strengthened its Manchester office with the appointment of Mike Lee as a director in its advisory and restructuring team.
Mike brings over 30 years of experience as a corporate advisory and turnaround specialist in the North West and will provide strategic advice to clients facing creditor issues, including cashflow analysis, refinancing and contingency planning.
A chartered certified accountant, he has led significant change management projects and worked closely with HMRC to access support such as Time to Pay arrangements.
Recent assignments include stabilising an engineering group facing operational challenges and guiding a recruitment agency through a company voluntary arrangement while acting as its outsourced finance director.
Mike said: “Having helped a variety of companies to return to a more secure financial footing, I’m looking forward to continuing this work at PKF and leveraging my hands-on experience.
“The firm has a strong, well-respected team and I’m excited about contributing to its future growth ambitions.”
Paul Williams, partner at PKF Littlejohn, added: “Mike has a deep understanding of the issues affecting businesses across a variety of industries.
“Having spent the majority of his career assisting companies in and around Manchester, his appointment underscores our commitment, and appetite, to deliver solutions and services to clients in the North West.”
