A North East holiday business is enjoying rapid growth.

North East Escapes, founded by Steven Mitchinson in June 2024, has grown from managing 13 properties to more than 75 across Northumberland, Tyneside and Durham. 

The business now generates over £2 million in holiday sales and operates from offices in Ellingham and Tynemouth, establishing itself as the region’s fastest-growing holiday home management provider.
