Motor dealership in gear with awards hat-trick
A national vehicle dealership has driven away with a hat-trick of industry honours.
Vertu Motors picked up three accolades at the Autotrader Retailer Awards 2025.
The Gateshead-headquartered firm’s haul included the retailer of the year title.
It also won the data-led customer experience award and was successful in the innovation of the year category for its Vertu Pay digital payment platform.
Robert Forrester, chief executive, said: “These accolades are a true testament to the outstanding dedication of our colleagues across the business.
“These achievements reinforce our strategy of combining exceptional customer service with digital innovation, and I couldn’t be prouder of the entire team.”
Formed in 2006, Vertu Motors operates a network of dealerships stretching from Scotland to Devon.
Its forecourts feature a wide range of well-known marques, including Audi, BMW, Ford, Honda, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Peugeot and Volkswagen.
