Mackrell LLP strengthens corporate team
Mackrell LLP, which is based in London and Birmingham, has expanded its corporate and commercial team with the appointment of award-winning solicitor Neil Pfister as partner.
Neil brings more than a decade of experience advising start-ups, SMEs and listed companies, alongside hands-on industry experience from founding and running his own software business.
Named UK Technology Lawyer of the Year in 2024, Neil advises on commercial contracts, joint ventures, licensing and regulatory matters, with clients operating across the UK, USA, UAE and Singapore.
He said: “My role is to help clients see the law as a solution rather than an obstacle.
“I’m looking forward to building on Mackrell LLP’s strong commercial offering and supporting businesses of all sizes as they grow in an increasingly complex and international environment.”
Neil’s appointment strengthens Mackrell LLP’s international capability as a founding member of the global legal network, Mackrell International.
Maung Aye, joint managing partner at Mackrell LLP, added: “We are delighted to welcome Neil to the partnership.
“His combination of legal expertise and commercial understanding is going to be a real asset to our clients.
“As businesses navigate the fast-evolving technology landscape, Neil’s insight and practical approach, developed from his own experience as a business owner in the sector, will help them seize opportunities and manage risks with confidence.”
