Howarths named law firm of the year
A Yorkshire-based law firm is celebrating recognition for its client-focused work.
Howarths, a people consultancy specialising in legal, safety and growth services, has been named Law Firm of the Year (Small) at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2025, which brought together more than 900 legal professionals to celebrate achievements across the region’s legal sector.
The accolade reflects the firm’s strong track record of success and commitment to excellent client care.
Gavin Howarth, chief executive at Howarths, said: “I cannot begin to explain how important this award is to our business. It is 23 years in the making!
“Right from the start, we have ripped up the rulebook on what a law firm ‘should be’.
“When Andy and Helen, my parents, launched our business they knew what SMEs needed, and they focused on this when they created our foundations.
“For the last 12 years, with the help of our board, we have taken Howarths through the levels, always with a laser sharp focus on our clients, and our incredible team.
“Thank you to everyone who is part of our journey.”
