Wealth manager 'on growth trail' with office move
A wealth management firm says it is primed for expansion following an office move.
Oliver Wealth has switched to South Warwickshire’s Stockton House.
Bosses say the 600sq ft base will “support the firm’s continued growth” after exceeding the capacity of a previous Southam hub.
Founded by Nick Oliver in 2022, the business advises clients across areas including pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
Nick said: “We needed a space and office that reflected who we are and the quality of service we offer.
“Stockton House is the perfect fit for our target audience and the clients we work with, with scope to support our continued growth and additional space as we build more advisers into the business.
“We are continuing on an upward trajectory, with changing rules around pensions and inheritance tax meaning more people need professional wealth management advice than ever before.
“We’re excited about our future at Stockton House.”
The former 19th century country home is owned by Wigley Investment Holdings.
Robert Wigley, Wigley Investment Holdings chair, added: “We’re really pleased Oliver Wealth is making Stockton House its home, and helping us create an ecosystem of like-minded businesses.
“We’re looking forward to being part of its growth journey.”
Stockton House’s tenants also include Newton LDP and Richard George Tailoring.
