Atom Financial appoints new head of finance
Teesside-based financial consultancy Atom Financial has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Sara Eckert as head of finance.
Sara, an ACCA-qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles, will lead the firm’s finance function and support its outsourced finance services for SMEs across the UK.
She said: “Atom has built a reputation for helping ambitious businesses understand, improve and take control of their finances.
“I’m looking forward to leading the finance function and working closely with our clients to deliver the kind of insight and structure that drives growth.”
Atom Financial, recently named Emerging Firm of the Year at the 2025 North East Accountancy Awards, has helped clients secure over £6 million in investment and continues to expand its strategic financial services in the region.
