Bradley Hall appoints new Gosforth director
North East full-service property firm Bradley Hall has appointed chartered building surveyor Alastair Adams as director of its Gosforth office.
Alastair, with over 15 years’ local property experience, will support growth across residential sales, lettings, building surveying and mortgage services, while offering exclusive pre-listing building surveys to reduce the risk of sales falling through.
He said: “Since joining Bradley Hall nearly two years ago, I have supported hundreds of clients with residential building surveys and I am pleased to be able to take that expertise, and my experience as director of an estate agency previously, to drive the growth of our Gosforth office.
“The office sits on a prominent location on the high street and has a fantastic database of clients, with exciting properties coming to market regularly.
“Our new pre-listing building survey and mortgages offer both complement our first-class estate agency service, providing a seamless and high-quality service for our clients.
“This is a really exciting opportunity, and I look forward to working with the fantastic team we have in Gosforth to boost our presence across Gosforth, Jesmond, Newcastle and the coast.”
The Gosforth office, alongside Alastair, includes Rae McCord, Ben Bowes and group director Peter Bartley, and serves clients across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
