Knights appoints new corporate partner in Weybridge

National law firm Knights has strengthened its team in Weybridge with the appointment of James Stenning as a partner in corporate. 

James, a qualified lawyer for nearly a decade, is an M&A specialist advising owner-managed businesses, large corporates and private equity funds on buy-and-build strategies. 

He also works with international clients seeking inward investment into the UK, with a particular focus on the tech sector.

James’ appointment comes as Knights continues to expand rapidly in the South East, following recent senior hires in its neighbouring Reading office.
