XYZ Reality appoints VP of customer success
London-based construction technology company XYZ Reality has appointed Anthony Canipa as vice president of customer success to strengthen global client partnerships and drive adoption of its construction delivery platform for data centres.
Anthony brings over a decade of experience delivering more than 1.2 gigawatts of data centre capacity worldwide.
His background includes senior leadership roles at Microsoft and Yondr, where he led large-scale digital transformation programmes focused on performance, transparency and accountability.
An early adopter of XYZ Reality’s technology, Anthony has firsthand experience using the platform to improve project efficiency and visibility across complex portfolios.
In his new role, he will focus on helping clients maximise value from the company’s solutions and ensure delivery excellence across global projects.
Anthony said: “I’ve been incredibly passionate about XYZ Reality’s product for years.
“I’ve used it at every level – from the boardroom to the construction site – and seen firsthand how it bridges the gap between guesswork and real progress.
“Joining the team feels like an inevitable next step following my experience as a hyperscaler and developer, and through completing academic research in AI, Data & Analytics focused on technology adoption in the construction sector.
“I believe XYZ will transform the industry by giving project teams and executives the clarity and confidence they’ve been missing, and by building stronger, more data-driven relationships with our clients.
“I look forward to supporting the XYZ team and our clients achieve this.”
Waleed Zafar, chief revenue officer of XYZ Reality, added: “We’re excited to have Anthony join XYZ Reality.
“He brings a rare combination of deep industry experience and forward-thinking innovation – someone who truly understands the challenges our customers face and how technology can transform the way projects are delivered.
“Anthony’s energy, authenticity, and customer-first mindset perfectly reflect who we are as a company – not just on individual projects, but across entire portfolios.”
