ECMS appoints new head of talent delivery
ECMS has appointed Lucy Turner as director of talent delivery, joining the advisory-led managed services business at its London office.
With 14 years’ experience leading delivery teams, most recently at Definia, Lucy brings deep expertise in advisory projects and statement-of-work delivery.
In her new role, she will oversee ECMS’s talent delivery function, expanding its specialist capability, building an SME advisory panel and strengthening offshore and nearshore partnerships.
She will also grow the firm’s technology partnerships to deepen ECMS’s trusted advisory status with clients.
Lucy’s appointment follows a series of senior hires, including Darren Reilly as client delivery director and Estelle James as managing partner, reflecting ECMS’s continued investment in strengthening its end-to-end talent services.
Estelle James, managing partner for ECMS, said: “Our clients need solutions that are agile and market leading.
“The combination of SMEs and both UK based and offshore resources is a fast-accelerating feature of the demand we are seeing.
“Like never before, our delivery engine needs to be highly innovative as this exciting marketplace develops.
“With Lucy on board, we can really start to accelerate all aspects of the strategy.
“We are really excited to have Lucy join the team.”
Ed O’Connell, UK chief executive of Eames Group, of which ECMS is a part, added: “Lucy’s appointment represents a significant investment in our advisory and SOW offering.
“Technology, regulation and change are moving at an unprecedented pace and capturing market share is critical to our further growth and evolution.
“Our ability to deliver solutions that help our clients transform is a crucial part of the overarching ECMS and Eames strategy.
“I am personally delighted that Lucy has chosen to join us at this critical moment and cannot wait to get started.”
