HURST promotes two corporate finance managers
Manchester-based accounting and advisory firm HURST has promoted Isabelle Bennett and Matthew Taylor to manager roles within its corporate finance team, recognising their progression since joining the practice as graduates.
Isabelle, who joined HURST in 2016, has worked on major transactions across food manufacturing, packaging and other sectors.
She now manages several complex company sales for a diverse client base.
Matthew joined the firm through its graduate trainee programme in 2021 and has since led projects across energy, legal and property, working on acquisitions, disposals and buy-and-build strategies.
Their promotions come as HURST continues to grow nationally, supported by more than 100 colleagues across business services, tax and digital.
The firm advises owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed enterprises and UK subsidiaries, with plans to double in size by 2028.
Nigel Barratt, head of HURST corporate finance, said: “Promotion for Isabelle and Matthew is well-deserved, given their hard work and commitment to developing their corporate finance skills, and they always get great client feedback.
“They will undoubtedly help us to carry on building an increasingly successful corporate finance business and I look forward to continuing to work with them over the coming years.”
