Bentley opens new London base

A Midlands-based construction consultancy has marked an “important milestone” with a new office launch in the capital.

Bentley has opened a London base as part of its wider regional growth strategy, strengthening its presence across the South of England and supporting an increasing pipeline of public and private sector projects. 

The move builds on the firm’s established operations in the Midlands and North, where it has continued to grow its client base and deliver major schemes.

Led by main board directors Jonathon Bentley and Tom Mascari, the new office will act as a hub for strategic land projects and wider development activity across the region. 

With 13 live sites already under way in the South, the consultancy is recruiting locally to support demand and mirror its successful expansion in the North.\

Jonathon said: “Opening our London office is an important milestone for us. 

“Our strategic plan for 2024-2030 always identified regionalisation as a key objective, building on the strong foundations we’ve set in the Midlands and North. 

“With a growing portfolio of sites and clients in the South, the time is right for us to establish a permanent base in London.

“This move allows us to be closer to our clients, strengthen our work in strategic land, and grow a local team that reflects our ambitions in the region. 

“We’re excited about the opportunities this brings and look forward to replicating the success we’ve achieved elsewhere.”

Founded in 2013, Bentley has grown from a Midlands consultancy into a national practice delivering project management, development and cost management services.

Its London office marks the next step in scaling its Southern operations and supporting a growing network of clients and developments.
