Envirovue celebrates innovation award
A Lancashire-based environmental technology firm is celebrating recognition for its latest breakthrough.
Envirovue has won the Innovation in Industry Award at Green Expo 2025, taking the top honour for its in-house waste tracking software designed to help organisations optimise reuse, cut emissions and reduce costs.
The award, judged by sustainability specialists and sector experts, recognises technologies with proven real-world impact and strong scalability potential.
Envirovue’s advanced platform monitors and measures complex waste streams to deliver accurate data, improved compliance and measurable environmental benefits.
Emma Cooke, operations manager at Envirovue, said: “Winning the Innovation in Industry Award is a landmark moment for the team.
“Waste is an increasing concern across the UK, with news just this week of a huge illegal dump in Oxfordshire containing waste from primary schools and local authorities.
“It’s clear that tracking technology is imperative to stopping this activity.
“At Envirovue we’re committed to combining technology and waste management, improving the end-to-end journey for all waste handlers and uncovering where re-use can be promoted within businesses.
“Our mission is to change the way industry approaches tracking and management of complex waste streams, uncovering the known and challenges through data and technology.
“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and excited for what’s ahead.”
Its success follows a year of significant growth, with Envirovue securing new partnerships across manufacturing, infrastructure and utilities, including work with Southern Water.
To support this expansion, the firm has strengthened its technical team and accelerated development of its next-generation sustainability tools.
