QHotels Collection appoints two general managers

Hospitality group The QHotels Collection has strengthened its leadership team in Cheshire with the appointment of two new general managers.

Kerry Allen takes the helm at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, while Katie Herbert has been appointed general manager at Park Royal Hotel & Spa in Warrington.

Kerry returns to Crewe Hall after previously holding several senior operational roles at the property and brings wider experience from DoubleTree by Hilton.

She most recently served as interim GM at Park Royal and will now focus on building on Crewe Hall’s recent £1 million refurbishment and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Kerry said: “Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa feels like home.

“I know the team and the property very well, and I’m excited to continue developing the guest experience further, introducing exciting initiatives such as a new restaurant in the Old Hall and our very own branded afternoon tea.

“My focus is ensuring every guest leaves with lasting memories, while also driving the property’s growth and success.”

Katie joins Park Royal with extensive operational experience across major hotel groups, including within The QHotels Collection.

Well-versed in the Cheshire market, she will strengthen relationships with corporate clients and enhance the guest experience for leisure visitors.

Their appointments reinforce The QHotels Collection’s commitment to developing internal talent and continuing to invest in its leading regional hotels.

Katie added: “I am excited to strengthen relationships with our corporate clients and deliver a genuine home-from-home experience for leisure guests.

“My aim is to build on the property’s existing strengths, explore new local and regional opportunities, and ensure the team feels confident and motivated to deliver exceptional service.”
