Xenia bolsters leadership team
North West-based property management businesses Xenia Lettings and Xenia Estates have announced a series of senior promotions and appointments as they continue to grow across the region and nationally.
Jennifer Brown has stepped into the role of head of lettings, moving from her previous position as head of sales and marketing, bringing extensive knowledge of the student lettings market to the wider business.
Michael Willans has been promoted from head of Yorkshire to director of estates, where he will oversee expansion activity and support the delivery of transparent property management services.
Meanwhile, Farrah McWilliam has also been promoted to director of estates, progressing from head of client services after four years with the business.
The group has also appointed Miriam Unsworth as head of estates, adding more than 15 years’ property management experience, while Nicola Murray returns part-time as associate director, focusing on contractor management and commercial development.
The changes support Xenia’s continued national expansion.
