Hybrid Planning adds associate director
London Bridge-based planning consultancy Hybrid Planning & Development has appointed Andy Pearce as associate director, strengthening its senior management team.
Andy joins the award-winning firm with more than ten years’ experience across the planning sector, having held roles at GL Hearn, Quod, Barton Willmore, CBRE and Maddox Planning.
He brings broad, cross-sector expertise spanning residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial development, as well as Green Belt schemes, strategic site promotion and marine planning.
In his new role, Andy will join associate directors Sophie Hardy and Aaron Henecke in leading and managing Hybrid’s 13-strong planning team, supporting the firm’s continued growth across London and beyond.
He said: “For me, the placemaking and project management side of planning is the most enjoyable.
“Working with clients to understand their aspirations, and advise and influence the design process is central to our role as planners, enabling us to shape well-considered, achievable proposals and support positive placemaking.
“Hybrid excels in delivering high-quality developments for a diverse client base and it was this reputation that interested me.
“The firm also has a growing team, meaning the chance to lead the next generation and broaden my network, so this felt like the right move.”
Hybrid Planning & Development provides planning and development consultancy services to clients across a range of sectors, working on complex and high-profile schemes nationwide.
Danielle St Pierre, Hybrid’s executive director and co-founder, added: “We’re excited to have Andy on board.
“His insight and energy will add a fresh new dimension to our services, while his supportive leadership style will provide valuable guidance and training for our junior staff.
“We’re confident we now have an exceptional team in place to achieve further growth.”
