Richborough strengthens South West leadership
Land promotion firm Richborough has appointed Katherine Titley as regional director for the South West, strengthening its senior leadership team.
Katherine joins Richborough from Gleeson Land, where she was land director leading the southern region and overseeing sites from acquisition and planning through to sale.
She previously held the role of development director at Berkeley Strategic and began her career at Welbeck Land, progressing from graduate to land manager.
Based from Richborough’s London office, Katherine will lead the South West region’s growth strategy, with responsibility for expanding its residential and mixed-use portfolio across counties including Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
She said: “I’m very excited to be taking the helm of the South West region.
“Richborough has an industry-leading approach to strategic land with unparalleled passion and expertise.
“I’m looking forward to working with the team to expand our impact and deliver exemplary planning permissions that provide the much-needed high quality new homes, spaces and communities that Richborough is known for.
“With excellent inhouse multidisciplinary support, we’re able to unlock even the most complex of sites to secure planning permissions that deliver the best returns for landowners while providing build-ready land for major and SME housebuilders in sustainable locations where people want to live.”
Western division managing director Jonathan Bloor added: “High housing need across the region, combined with Government targets to build 1.5 million homes and increased demand from landowners present exciting growth potential for Richborough.
“We’re thrilled that Katherine has come on board for this important role and know that her appointment will be widely welcomed.
“She is a major force in our industry, bringing the right experience, leadership, strategic insight, local knowledge and connections to guide our South West region through this key growth phase.”
