CBRE promotes flex advisory lead
Global real estate advisor CBRE has promoted Daniel White to regional head of flex advisory, expanding his remit across the Midlands, South West, North of England and Scotland.
Daniel previously led CBRE’s flex advisory activity in the Midlands and South West and will now be responsible for driving growth and integration of the service across multiple regional markets.
In his expanded role, he will also maintain a close connection with CBRE’s UK flex leadership team in London, which oversees the national platform.
Daniel said: “This is an exciting time for the flex sector as demand continues to grow across the UK.
“I look forward to supporting our regional teams and clients with a joined‑up flex advisory offer that reflects the needs of occupiers, operators and landlords.”
CBRE’s flex advisory offering supports clients across occupier brokerage for complex corporate transactions, operator growth for flexible workspace providers and landlord advisory for investors developing flex strategies.
Daniel’s promotion reflects CBRE’s continued investment in its flex advisory capabilities as demand for flexible workspace solutions grows across regional UK markets.
John Ogden, head of UK regional markets at CBRE, added: “Dan has played a pivotal role in strengthening our Flex Advisory presence.
“His promotion reflects his leadership and the increasing strategic importance of flex across UK cities.”
