New apartments launched at Colindale Gardens
A housebuilder has announced a new scheme as part of a flagship regeneration development in north west London.
Barratt Redrow has launched 114 new apartments at The Acres within its Colindale Gardens site.
The nine-storey building will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes, with move-in dates expected by spring 2026.
Designed with flexible layouts and open-plan living, the apartments include integrated kitchen appliances and private balconies or terraces overlooking landscaped podium gardens and a four-acre park.
Residents will have access to an onsite gym with sauna and steam room, a 24-hour concierge and EV charging points across the development.
James Holmear, sales and marketing director at Barratt London, said: “Colindale is undergoing a major transformation making it easily one of London’s top locations to consider when buying a new home.
“Regeneration aside, Colindale boasts excellent transport links, proximity to some of the best schools, and a diverse community which has continued to attract a wealth of families and professionals looking for access to the best amenities.
“Placemaking is at the forefront of our landmark development Colindale Gardens.
“We are not just committed to the large-scale delivery of 4000 homes, but we also want to ensure that we have necessary facilities required to promote well-being and convenient living within our communities.”
