Housebuilder backed to create 32-property estate
A housebuilder has secured approval for a 32-home scheme.
Taylor Wimpey has been backed to extend its Woolsington Grange estate, in Newcastle.
Bosses say the venture will include three and four-bedroom homes, and five two and three-bedroom affordable houses.
The first properties are earmarked for completion in late summer.
Mark Fletcher, Taylor Wimpey North East land director, said: “We are pleased to have received reserved matters approval for the next phase at Woolsington Grange.
“We are pleased to provide much-needed homes to the area.”
