FW Capital expands North East team
North East-based fund manager FW Capital has strengthened its regional property team with two appointments and a senior promotion to support growing demand for development funding.
Stuart Hodgson joins as investment executive, focusing on projects across Teesside.
He brings corporate banking experience from Santander Corporate and Lloyds Banking and will support developers accessing the Teesside Flexible Investment Fund.
Meanwhile, Adam Jones has been appointed assistant investment executive.
A qualified chartered accountant, he joins from Ernst & Young and will work with residential and commercial clients across Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and County Durham.
FW Capital has also promoted Lesley Telford to senior investment executive, reinforcing leadership within the property division as the firm continues to deploy funds across the North East.
