Sunderland agency earns EB100 spot
A Sunderland-headquartered communications consultancy has secured national recognition after being named among the country’s top-performing small and medium-sized enterprises.
Marriott Communications has earned a place in the EB100, which celebrates businesses demonstrating innovation, resilience and sustained commercial growth.
The agency, which supports more than 40 clients across sectors including finance, entertainment, the third sector, creative industries, legal services and advocacy, has expanded steadily over the past five years, growing its presence across the UK, Europe and the United States.
Over the past year, the firm has also launched the North East’s first intelligence service and outlined further international growth plans, alongside providing more than 900 hours of pro bono support to charities.
Samuel Marriott-Dowding, founder and chief executive of Marriott Communications, said: “This recognition is incredibly meaningful for us.
“Over the past five years, we’ve built the agency balancing growth with integrity and innovation with responsibility.
“To be recognised among the UK’s 100 leading SMEs is a testament to our team, our partners and the clients who have trusted us.”
