Industrial equipment firm expands with new depot
An industrial equipment maker and rental firm says it is set to fashion fresh growth with a new depot.
RenQuip has unveiled a Grangemouth hub.
Bosses at the Aberdeen-based business say the “significant step… will position the company at the heart of Scotland’s energy and petrochemical corridor”.
They add it will boost plans to grow turnover by 25 per cent in 2026, with the Grangemouth venture forecast to help lift revenues by £2 million and create “several” jobs over the next three years.
Marc Gerrard, managing director at RenQuip, whose portfolio includes pumps, hoses and lifting wedges, said: “Heading into our fifth year of trading, we have created a solid foundation for growth and are starting to feel our brand take hold across the UK and internationally.
“Establishing a presence in Grangemouth allows us to better support our customers where they need us most.”
