Silverbean unveils triple service expansion
A North East performance marketing agency has unveiled a trio of new services aimed at helping brands drive measurable online revenue.
Newcastle-headquartered Silverbean has launched Amazon Affiliate, Performance Influencer and Performance PR to strengthen its performance partnerships proposition amid rising acquisition costs and growing pressure to prove return on investment.
The expansion builds on the agency’s work with brands including New Balance, HelloFresh and The White Company, supporting growth across affiliate, influencer and PR channels.
The Amazon Affiliate service is led by senior affiliate marketing manager Sarah Vaughan, while Performance Influencer is overseen by head of partnerships and influencer Rebecca Marley.
Sarah said: “For retail brands looking to drive revenue on Amazon, Silverbean’s Amazon Affiliate service recruits the right partners; media buyers, content creators and deal sites to boost conversion, maximise key retail moments like Prime Day and Black Friday, and build a long-term growth engine on the platform.”
Rebecca added: “Influencer marketing can be hard to measure, and brands often don’t know which creators or content actually drive sales.
“Performance Influencer changes that.
“By combining affiliate expertise with precise tracking, we show exactly what’s working and help clients generate measurable revenue.
“It turns influencer activity into a marketing channel that’s fully accountable and performance driven.”
Performance PR will be headed up by head of PR Mary Hickey.
She added: “PR is usually about awareness.
“Performance PR is different.
“Silverbean embeds affiliate tracking into top-tier media placements, so brands not only gain visibility but also see revenue from every article and feature.
“This approach turns traditional PR into a channel that contributes directly to growth.”
Founded in 2002, Silverbean operates globally with offices in Sydney and Chicago, positioning the new services as part of its strategy to turn marketing activity into accountable, revenue-driving performance.
Neil Robbins, chief executive at Silverbean, added: “We know marketing leaders and their teams are under pressure to deliver results.
“These new services are designed to help them do just that, turn activity into revenue, make influencer campaigns accountable, and even make PR measurable.
“We’re excited to see the real impact this work is already having for our clients.”
