Addleshaw Goddard strengthens Manchester real estate team

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Kirsty Chalkley as a partner in its Manchester real estate team.

Kirsty joins from Shoosmiths and brings extensive experience advising developers and occupiers across the later living, hotels and hospitality sectors. 

Her expertise includes site acquisitions and disposals, pre-let and forward-funded developments, turnkey agreements and portfolio management.

Kirsty’s arrival follows the recent appointment of partner Kirsty Black, further strengthening the firm’s real estate capability in the North West.
