Inntelo AI boosts EMEA expansion with senior hire
Inntelo AI has appointed Julia Fernandez Clavera as AI solutions director for EMEA as the hospitality technology firm accelerates international growth.
London-based Inntelo AI provides an AI-native concierge platform that allows hotel guests to request services, order room service, book restaurants and arrange local experiences directly from their phones using conversational AI.
Julia brings more than 18 years’ experience across global hospitality brands including The First Group Hospitality, Accor, Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton.
In her new role, she will lead engagement with hotel operators across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as they implement Inntelo’s platform.
Julia said: “Joining Inntelo AI represents the perfect convergence of my passion for hospitality and my belief in technology as an enabler of exceptional guest experiences.
“AI has the potential to transform how hotels operate day to day, empowering teams, optimising performance, and personalising every stage of the guest journey.
“As a truly AI-native platform, Inntelo is leading the way, and I’m delighted to be part of the team.”
Julia’s appointment follows a pre-seed funding round worth more than £500,000 in 2025 and growing adoption of the technology across the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa, including deployments with hotel groups such as First Group Hospitality and Brilliant Hotels Group.
Asif Alidina, co-founder and chief executive of Inntelo AI, added: “Julia brings immense industry insight and operational experience to our team.
“Having been a hotel operator herself, she understands first-hand the realities of hotel operations and can empathise directly with our clients.
“This allows her to present our AI solutions with the confidence that they genuinely work for hotel teams in the real world.
“Just as importantly, Julia’s operational perspective and close engagement with customers will help us continue shaping the product, ensuring we build solutions that truly solve the day-to-day challenges hotels face.
“We’re super excited to have her as part of our leadership team, and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.”
