HSCE joins Sheffield Property Network
A Sheffield civil engineering contractor has joined a regional property organisation as it looks to strengthen connections within the city’s built environment sector.
The Sheffield Property Association (S-PA) has welcomed Halfway Surfacing & Civil Engineering Ltd (HSCE) as its newest member.
The Sheffield-based firm brings nearly 30 years of experience delivering surfacing, drainage, groundworks and infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, rail and public sector developments.
HSCE works with developers and local authorities across the UK, supporting construction and infrastructure schemes.
Charles Hydes, head of commercial operations at HSCE, said: “Joining the Sheffield Property Association was a natural step for us.
“We’re keen to continue strengthening our relationships within the local property and development community, share knowledge, and stay closely aligned with how the city continues to grow.
“The S-PA provides a valuable platform for collaboration across the sector, and we’re looking forward to contributing our experience while engaging with new opportunities across the region and beyond.”
Rebecca Knight, director of the S-PA, added: “I am delighted to welcome HSCE to our community.
“As we move closer to welcoming our 100th member, it’s been fantastic to see so many businesses from across the built environment choosing to get involved with the S-PA.
“Membership in the S-PA is about having a voice for your organisation, building meaningful relationships with other businesses, and having the opportunity to play an active role in the future of the city.
“I look forward to all that HSCE will bring to our network.”
