Leopard Co strengthens creative team
Birmingham-based marketing communications consultancy Leopard Co has appointed James Dignum as creative services manager to support the growth of its studio offering.
James joins with more than ten years’ experience across UK agencies, having delivered creative work for brands spanning financial services, pharmaceuticals and the public sector, including Transport for London.
In his new role, he will lead the agency’s studio, overseeing design, art direction and illustration while supporting increasing demand for high-quality creative content.
James said: “Creativity is a vital part of the story for the brands we work with, and I’m thrilled to be joining a team that really believes in the value of creativity.
“I’m excited to add to the services that we currently offer and start delivering more great work for great clients!”
James’ appointment comes as Leopard Co builds momentum in 2026 following a series of new client wins and continued expansion of its full-service offering.
Co-founder and chief executive Rachel Roberts added: “More clients than ever are coming to our team to invest in authentic, real, human creativity.
“As brands start to realise the limitations of AI-driven content, we are firmly positioning ourselves at the forefront of human creativity in marketing.”
“James is an unrivalled, talented creative, able to translate a brand and its audience into the right creative to deliver real value and results.
“We’re delighted to welcome him into the Leopard Co family and we can’t wait to further grow our creative studio offering for current clients and those yet to join us this year.”
