Org Group appoints two board directors
London-based professional services firm Org Group has appointed Debbie Griffin and Geraldine Casey as non-executive directors to support its global growth plans.
Debbie, chief people officer at Shawbrook Bank, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in people strategy and organisational transformation, including experience in M&A and IPO processes.
Geraldine, managing director of retail banking at AIB, has extensive experience leading large-scale operations and driving customer-focused transformation, having also held senior roles at Tesco Ireland.
Their appointments strengthen Org Group’s board as it looks to scale its international operations and expand its integrated services offering across its global network.
Seb O’Connell, group chief executive, said: “This is a strategically important time for Org Group as we enter our next phase of evolution and growth.
“Bringing this level of further expertise into our boardroom ensures we are continually challenged, advised and supported by leaders who have operated at the highest levels of global business.
“Both Debbie and Geraldine bring a wealth of experience in navigating rapid growth and complex transformation.
“Their deep understanding of how to align talent with technology will be invaluable as we continue to build integrated services that offer our customers more choice and greater value, while ensuring that our people are at the heart of our service evolution.”
Pat Fitzgerald, chairman of Org Group, added: “As we continue to invest in our international growth and thereby adding further value for our customers, we are ensuring that our board and organisation are best positioned to support this ambition.
“These appointments enhance our leadership strength by combining Debbie’s expertise in commercial infrastructure and capital markets with Geraldine’s proven ability to scale customer ecosystems.
“Our board is therefore perfectly equipped to enable our strategic goals and drive long term organisational resilience and performance.”
