Individual Restaurants hires group F&B director
Restaurant group Individual Restaurants, headquartered in Manchester, has appointed Lee Bull as group food and beverage director to strengthen its culinary and operational strategy.
Lee brings more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality, most recently serving as culinary director at SUSHISAMBA, where he oversaw global kitchen operations and menu development across multiple markets.
He has also held senior roles including executive chef at Soho Farmhouse and culinary director at HIX Restaurant Group.
In his new role, Lee will lead food and beverage operations across the group’s brands, focusing on menu innovation, ingredient quality and operational excellence.
He said: “Individual Restaurants has a fantastic foundation, with strong brands, passionate teams and a clear sense of identity across the portfolio.
“What excites me is the opportunity to build on that, to refine, evolve and push the food and drink offer forward in a way that feels both authentic and progressive.

Lee’s appointment strengthens Individual Restaurants’ leadership team as it continues to invest in new concepts and enhance its guest experience.
