Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle Set for One of the City’s Biggest Summer Events
Liverpool’s Black Lodge Brewery will host one of the city’s biggest summer experiences, the Craft Beer Expo, on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th June 2026.
The festival will feature over 300 beers poured by 35 of the UK’s finest independent breweries, alongside food, coffee, cocktails, and live music across the Baltic Triangle.
Paul Seiffer, founder of Black Lodge Brewery, said: “We’ve been running the Craft Beer Expo for 13 years and this year also marks Black Lodge’s tenth birthday. We’re so grateful to everyone who has supported us and come back each year. With so many fantastic independent breweries involved, we’re excited to welcome both loyal visitors and some new faces.”
Headline breweries include Northern Monk, Polly’s Brew Co, Vault City Brewing, and Verdant Brewing, alongside local and regional independents including Colbier, Bayonet Brewing, Spookton Brew Co, and many more.
Bars at the Expo will include Cornhill Coffee & Espresso Martinis, Inn Cider Trading, Rita’s Margaritas, and Subrosa, offering cider, cocktails, coffee, and summer serves for those not focused on beer. The food offering will be the largest the festival has hosted with traders including Damn Fine Burger Co, Saffa Soul, Dough Bros Pizza, Aunty’s Kitchen, and Burner Kitchen. Live music will be provided by Matsuri DJs across indoor and outdoor spaces, giving attendees a full day experience in Liverpool’s creative Baltic Triangle.
Paul added: “This year we wanted to make the weekend feel even more special. With Black Lodge turning ten, we’ve expanded the food and drinks, added more space to explore, and included an extra session on the Friday so people can really take their time discovering everything on offer. The Craft Beer Expo is a celebration of independents, by the independents, and we can’t wait to share the full experience with the city.
Tickets are on sale now with afternoon, evening, full day, and weekend passes starting from £16.36. All tickets include a limited edition beer brewed for the Expo. VIP tickets (£25) include an exclusive Expo tote bag with a collaboration 6 pack and access to Tap Room Tasting Sessions across the weekend.
