Redrow promotes two department heads

Housebuilder Redrow has promoted Amanda Jones and Kerrie Clayton to senior roles within its North West team.

Amanda has been named head of sales, having progressed through the business since joining its graduate programme in 2015, while Kerrie becomes head of customer services after 12 years with the company.

Amanda will now oversee sales operations across 17 developments in the region, supporting teams to drive performance and deliver strong customer outcomes.

Kerrie will lead the customer service team and technicians, ensuring high standards are maintained while supporting the wider leadership team with customer care and feedback.

Amanda said: “I have always found the property industry so interesting, and housebuilding offers the opportunity to be part of a sector that creates new places and communities from scratch. 

“I joined Redrow’s graduate scheme knowing the reputation the company had as a premium housebuilder.
