Firm secures green light for 73-home development
A 73-home blueprint has moved forward.
Nightingale Land has secured outline planning consent for a Lincolnshire scheme.
Officials say the 15.5-acre venture, set for land in Ancaster, near Grantham, will include 22 affordable properties.
They add construction is set to start next year, with all homes completed in 2029.
Nightingale Land secured planning backing from South Kesteven District Council with support from property consultancy Carter Jonas, which will oversee the sale of the land to a housebuilder.
John Chorlton, of Congleton-based Nightingale Land, said: “We’re delighted to have achieved this planning permission.
“We’ve been able to design a scheme that responds sensitively to its surroundings; it will deliver homes and open spaces that will benefit the village for years to come.”
James Stone, Carter Jonas associate partner – planning and development, added: “This consent demonstrates how well-designed residential schemes can deliver meaningful benefits for local communities.”
Carter Jonas' planning team was supported by associate planner Paul Cronk and planning and development partner Dominic Bryant.
