HD Maintenance unlocks new service arm
A Newcastle-based property maintenance firm is opening the door to expansion with the launch of a new locksmith division.
HD Maintenance has introduced Viking Locksmiths as a new arm of the business, marking a strategic move into a closely aligned service area.
Founded by Daniel Wilson-Bell, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable home maintenance services across the North East, supported by 63 per cent financial growth in 2025.
Daniel says the new division will enable HD Maintenance to provide a more comprehensive service to homeowners, estate agents and property developers.
By adding dedicated locksmith expertise, the business aims to strengthen its position in the regional property services market while responding to increasing demand for trusted, responsive local providers.
Daniel said: “Trust is the foundation of any local service business.
“Customers want to know they are dealing with a reliable company.
“By launching Viking Locksmiths, we’re building on the trust we’ve already established, while offering a dedicated, specialist service that people can depend on in times of crisis or urgency.”
