Burnetts Solicitors has appointed Phil Dean as a commercial property partner in its Newcastle office.
Phil brings extensive experience in commercial property, having worked with national housebuilders, banks and retailers across the UK.
He specialises in development work, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management, with experience advising on high street portfolios.
In his new role, Phil will support the growth of Burnetts’ commercial property team in the North East.
He said: “I’m really excited to move forward with the team here at Burnetts.
“The property market is constantly evolving in the North East and we are positioned to help our clients make the most of the opportunities which arise.”
Robbie Mather, who leads Burnetts’ Commercial Property team alongside Helen Hayward, added:“We’re focussing this year on building our team in Newcastle and so Phil is a very important appointment for us, with great relevant experience and an outstanding reputation for his client work.
“He will play a vital part in the development of our offering in the North East.”
