Mountpark appoints capital markets director

Logistics and industrial property developer Mountpark has appointed Tom Mills as director for capital markets.

Tom joins from CBRE, where he was director in its European capital markets industrial and logistics team, advising on acquisitions, funding and disposals across the development lifecycle. 

He brings more than a decade of experience across European markets.

In his new role, he will lead capital raising activity and support joint venture and co-investment strategies across Mountpark’s UK and European development pipeline.

Tom’s appointment strengthens the firm’s capital markets capability as it continues to expand its portfolio and investment activity.
