Aberdein Considine appoints property partner
Edinburgh-based law firm Aberdein Considine has appointed Will Wallace as partner to lead its residential property team.
Will joins from Balfour + Manson, bringing extensive experience in conveyancing and residential property law.
In his new role, he will head up the firm’s growing Edinburgh team across its three locations, supporting clients on a range of property transactions.
Will said: “I am very pleased to be joining Aberdein Considine and becoming an integral part of the energetic and dynamic property legal team here in Edinburgh.
“Having specialised in both residential and commercial conveyancing for more than nine years, I am looking forward to guiding and advising clients across a variety of residential property journeys, and to working closely with our private client team and the legal teams generally, all of whom have clients here in Edinburgh requiring expert residential property advice.”
Michael Sinclair, senior partner at Aberdein Considine, added: “We are delighted to welcome Will to the firm at a time when we continue to develop and grow not only our estate agency presence but our ability to fully service all our clients’ residential property needs across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
“Will’s principal role will be to lead the existing property legal team in Edinburgh and to support the firm’s busy private client team in relation to all residential property matters.
“He will also be working closely with Dianne Paterson, previously managing partner with Russel & Aitken, a firm Aberdein Considine merged with four years ago, to service the property needs of what has proven to be an extensive bank of clients seeking the very best professional advice.“
