B. Braun Medical employees gain Freeman status
Sheffield-based healthcare company B. Braun Medical has seen Rozey Christian and Richard Wood appointed as Freemen of the Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire.
Rozey, head of corporate communications and PR, and Richard, director of operations, have both been recognised for their contribution to the business and wider regional engagement.
The appointments reflect B. Braun Medical’s longstanding relationship with the Cutlers’ Company and its continued involvement in South Yorkshire’s industrial and civic community.
Rozey said: “It's a privilege to join such a historic institution.
“The Women of the Cutlers events have been both inspiring and genuinely welcoming, and I’m looking forward to continuing to engage with the Company and representing B. Braun within this community.”
Richard added: “I’m delighted to become a Freeman.
“The Cutlers’ Company and B. Braun share a lot of common ground, a commitment to engineering excellence, to the region, and to raising standards in what we do.
“Our work is ultimately about improving outcomes for patients and supporting the NHS, and I'm proud to carry that message into such a respected organisation.”
