BTG Eddisons appoints healthcare valuation director
Property consultancy BTG Eddisons has appointed Silvia Bonanni as director within its London valuations team to strengthen its healthcare expertise.
Silvia brings more than 15 years’ experience across commercial and specialist valuations, including healthcare assets such as care homes and specialist facilities.
She joins from Colliers, having previously held senior roles at JLL, Savills and Carter Jonas, and will support the firm’s growing healthcare advisory offering.
Silvia said: “BTG Eddisons has a strong reputation for delivering clear, commercially focused advice, and I’m delighted to be joining the team at such an exciting time in its growth.
“The healthcare sector continues to evolve rapidly, and there is a real need for specialist valuation expertise to support lenders, operators and investors.
“I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the business to further develop the firm’s healthcare offering and support clients across the UK.”
Silvia’s appointment reflects BTG Eddisons’ continued expansion as it invests in specialist capabilities across its national valuations team.
David Hayton, valuations director at BTG Eddisons, added: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Silvia to the team.
“She brings strong experience across a range of sectors, including healthcare, which is an increasingly important sector for our clients.
“Her experience across healthcare assets will support our ability to provide high-quality, insight-led advice.
“Silvia’s appointment reflects both the growth of our valuations team and our commitment to investing in specialist expertise.”
