Napier strengthens leadership team
B2B marketing agency Napier, based in Chichester, West Sussex, has appointed Simon Krelle as director of global client services and Charlotte Bass as head of PR as it continues to expand internationally.
Simon brings 25 years’ experience, combining an engineering background with senior marketing roles across the sector, while Charlotte adds 18 years’ experience leading technology PR campaigns.
In their new roles, they will support Napier’s growing client base across the UK, Europe and the US, strengthening its strategic communications offering.
Simon said: “This is an exciting move for me.
“Having worked in and around the sector for many years, I have seen first-hand the excellent reputation Napier has built, and its ability to communicate fast-moving technologies to engineering audiences.
“I am looking forward to helping further strengthen Napier’s proposition and the outcomes it achieves for clients in the electronics and industrial sectors.”
The appointments reflect the agency’s continued investment in senior talent as demand grows across engineering and technology markets.
Napier managing director Ian Jarrett added: “I’m delighted to welcome Simon and Charlotte to Napier.
“They each bring exceptional experience and talent that complements our reputation and culture as a specialist B2B technology agency.
“Simon’s deep engineering-sector background and Charlotte’s outstanding track record in strategic technology PR will be invaluable as we continue to grow our domestic and international footprint, helping clients communicate about their increasingly complex technologies with greater clarity and impact.”
