Broker breaks new ground with trio of acquisitions
An insurance broker has expanded with a trio of takeovers.
JMG Group has added Jukes Insurance Brokers, RP Lovatt and Nene Valley Insurance Practice to its stable.
Officials say the triple swoop reflects the “business’ continued momentum” across the Midlands and South East.
Founded in 1963, Jukes Insurance Brokers operates from sites in Bromsgrove and Warwick, with RP Lovatt acting from a base in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Northampton-based Nene Valley Insurance Practice – which has joined JMG Group business BQI Insurance – is known for fleet and trades insurance support.
The deals build on Guiseley-headquartered JMG Group’s moves for Boston Insurance Brokers and education-focused health and safety consultancy SafeSchool last year.
Alan Percival, regional managing director, said: “The Midlands continues to be a key focus for us; bringing quality businesses like Boston Insurance Brokers into the group, alongside these latest partnerships, shows the depth of opportunity in the region.
“These well-established brokers strengthen our presence in the area and enhance the breadth of expertise and capability we can offer to clients.”
