Tank announces senior promotions
Digital marketing and PR agency Tank has announced a series of senior promotions across its Nottingham and Manchester offices as the business continues its growth plans.
James Reisner-Watkins has been promoted to the newly created role of performance director, where he will work alongside managing director Martin Stone to support operational and strategic performance across the agency.
He said: “Tank has always been about doing things properly, combining strategic thinking with true collaboration.
“Having spent more than eight years with the business, I’ve seen Tank evolve, and this role will provide a huge opportunity to help sharpen how we operate as we continue to grow alongside our clients.
“It’s about making sure every team is aligned, performing at a high level and set up for long-term, sustainable success.
“Having grown Tank’s digital PR offering from scratch, I have a unique, first-hand insight to bring to the other departments.”
Meanwhile, Becca Peel becomes head of digital PR and joins Tank’s senior leadership team after five years with the business, having played a key role in developing the agency’s digital PR offering.
Becca added: “I’m incredibly excited to step into this role.
“Having joined the agency five years ago, it’s been brilliant to see the digital PR team grow from just James and I into a thriving, multi-disciplined department.
“I’m proud to lead a team that consistently delivers high-quality, relevant coverage for our clients, while always pushing to evolve what we do - from strengthening our core offering to driving real impact in areas like online visibility and AI search.
“There’s so much more to come.”
Tank has also announced several wider promotions across its digital PR, brand PR and digital teams, including Lauren Gray to account director, Katie Peacock to account manager, Lauren Culpin to senior account manager, Connor Dowling to senior SEO manager and Charlotte Yardley to senior SEO specialist.
Managing director Martin Stone added: “These promotions reflect the strength and depth of talent we have across the agency.
“Becca and James, in particular, will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of Tank’s growth, but it’s fantastic to see so many of our people progressing.
“We’re building a team that’s ambitious, aligned and ready to take the business forward.”
