Winston Solicitors appoints Continuing Healthcare specialist
Leeds-based law firm Winston Solicitors has appointed Hannah Morris as a Continuing Healthcare (CHC) lawyer as it continues to expand its specialist legal services offering.
Hannah joins with more than 15 years’ experience supporting individuals and families in securing NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, including challenging funding decisions and advising on eligibility.
She brings extensive expertise in complex care funding matters and has a strong track record of securing both retrospective and ongoing funding for clients across England.
Hannah said: “I’m pleased to be joining Winston Solicitors and to continue supporting families through what can often be a very challenging process.
“While many people feel frustrated having to fight for funding, the real issue is when individuals are left paying for care that should have been covered by the NHS.
“Being able to help clients secure the support they’re entitled to and provide reassurance along the way is incredibly important to me.”
Hannah’s appointment strengthens Winston Solicitors’ specialist support for families navigating the Continuing Healthcare system.
James Urquhart-Burton, Head of Continuing Healthcare at Winston Solicitors, added: “We are delighted to welcome Hannah to the firm.
“Her depth of experience and commitment to achieving fair outcomes for clients make her a fantastic addition to our team.
“Continuing Healthcare is a complex and often misunderstood area, and Hannah’s appointment further strengthens our ability to support clients with clear, expert guidance during what can be very challenging circumstances.”
